Thankfully, mental health gradually stops being stigmatized. Seeking help can but does not need to come from a feeling of crisis. Psychotherapy aims at supporting individuals in their personal growth and becoming comfortable in their own skins rather than adjusting to others' expectations.
It’s natural to wonder what to expect and how the therapeutic process unfolds. Below, I outline the key phases of therapy as I see it.
Our first step will be to get to know you on a deeper level. Together, we’ll explore the key experiences, decisions, and relationships that have shaped your life. This process allows us to uncover both the conscious and unconscious impacts of your past and how they’ve brought you to where you are today.
This phase typically takes around 2-5 sessions, but the pace can vary depending on the complexity of your experiences and your motivation to delve deeply. For some, this phase already provides enough insights and clarity to pause or conclude therapy, equipped with a deeper understanding of themselves and actionable perspectives to apply in their lives.
Once we have a clear picture of your past and present, we’ll focus on defining your goals for therapy. Where do you want to be, and what changes do you want to see in your life?
Together, we’ll develop a flexible therapy plan that keeps your goals at the center of our work, outlines steps to achieve them, and adapts as necessary to your evolving needs.

If you seek ongoing support and meaningful conversations, group therapy can be an enriching option. Beyond affordability, group therapy offers unique benefits, including:
The group setting fosters personal growth in a collaborative and supportive environment, complementing individual therapy.
My normal fee is 100€ per session and 50€ for the initial consultation. For those with difficult finances, fees can be negotiated at the beginning of the therapy process based on level of income. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are due in full.
